Do not underestimate the Insomnia ..!!!

You often experience disturbed sleep disorders? As everyone enjoyed the long break in the evening, you just stay awake? If you are answering YES, then begin to assume that this is a serious matter. Never belittle, because sleep disorders potentially causing death.
According to Dr Olga Parra is doing research with a team of researchers from University Hospital Barcelona, Spain, difficulty sleeping or 'sleep apnea' can impact on the increased risk of stroke that resulted in death. Difficulties during sleep may be caused by the presence of periodic disturbances while taking a breath.
This could become a new risk of a death caused by stroke. Difficulty to sleep or 'sleep apnea' is estimated nearly 20% of people experienced and least experienced respiratory problems during the interval was 10 seconds or more that can be experienced over 300 times in one night.
In his research, Dr Olga Parra involving 161 stroke patients to see the relationship between stroke risk with 'sleep apnea'. "Our study represents the first time a mention of the relationship between 'sleep apnea' and strokes that can lead to death," he said. The relationship is very clear where the 'sleep apnea' is a respiratory disturbance during sleep due to delay in air flow.
Dr Olga Parra started monitoring for stroke patients after the hospital discovered the reality of patients who suffer a stroke after a disturbance during sleep. For almost 30 months doing research, Dr Olga Parra face the fact that 22 of the 161 patients died.
Half of the 22 patients had suffered a stroke the second stage. Patients the highest of 161 patients were patients 'sleep apnea' and occupied the highest risk of experiencing a stroke. Team concluded that the leadership of Dr Olga Parra published by the European Respiratory Journal.
Stroke is a disease that most causes of death and occurs when blood flow to the brain suffered setbacks. Because they have problems then the flow of oxygen can not flow to the brain. According to WHO in 2002 estimated 5.5 million people earlier deaths worldwide due to stroke.
Commenting on the results of the research that Dr Olga Parra, Ludger Grote from the Sahlgrenska Hospital, Sweden, said the research was to make people more and understand the role of 'sleep apnea' in patients with stroke. "Studies Dr Olga Parra clarify the potential sleep apnea in stroke patients. It could be a consideration to look at the implications for stroke management."
Now Dr Olga Parra will disseminate the results of their study to a rehabilitation center 'sleep apnea' throughout Spain to reduce mortality due to stroke. Next five years Dr Olga Parra hopes to be raised to a new study results.
