Kapanlagi.com - A study conducted in the United States shows the relationship between snoring during sleep and the emergence of a headache. They can not confirm whether snoring causes headaches or headaches arise due to snoring.
Sustainable Headaches
Researchers at the U.S. National Institute studied 206 people aged between 18-65 who suffer from daily headaches (the attack happened about 260 times per year). Then made comparisons with the 507 people who suffer from regular headaches (2-104 times the attack occurred per year).
The people who participated in this study were asked to describe how often they snored.
The researchers concluded that patients with daily headaches have a snoring risk two times greater than the usual headache sufferers. There is also research that focuses on the possibility of snoring due to alcohol and body weight.
Dr. Ann Scher said lead study can trigger headaches or vice versa snoring snoring can cause headaches.
Meanwhile, Dr Peter Goadsby of the Institute of Neurology in London said that people who snore means restrain carbon dioxide, which causes changes in the blood so that eventually emerged headaches. To overcome this, the patient is advised to undergo treatment. (Bbc / tut)
